Seventy people attended the Mother’s Day celebration at PWL Prince Albert that included many friends and family members.
Bold Dance dazzles residents at Prince Albert
This month Points West Living Prince Albert residents were treated to an exciting performance by the Bold Dance Productions of Prince Albert.
Seven different dance sets including ballet, lyrical and jazz were seen by some 45 residents who thoroughly enjoyed the show.
Kicking up their heels at Prince Albert
At Points West Living Prince Albert the monthly April birthdays celebration got rolling with performances by Bill Baelwald and friends who provided the musical notes with sax, guitar and piano. Inspired by the music, it was a big crowd that turned out on a Friday to kick up their heels.
Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Prince Albert
Two dozen residents of Points West Living Prince Albert joined an Annual Easter Egg Hunt with their Easter Bonnets and Easter spring attire. There were prizes for those that found the golden eggs and other sweet treats. Following the hunt was an Easter-themed buffet to help feed the hungry egg hunters.
Cassie Bendig: Prince Albert's new General Manager
Points West Living has just welcomed Cassie Bendig as the new general manager for Prince Albert.
Cassie grew up in Prince Albert and after high school, attended the University of Saskatchewan where she obtained a BA of Science in Kinesiology and a Minor in business. Through her student years, Cassie worked at gyms which proved to be great training for her job as general manager at GoodLife gym.
Snow sculptures tour at the Prince Albert Winter Festival
Now in its 59th year, the Prince Albert Winter Festival has been a long standing winter tradition in Prince Albert. And one of the fun things folks like to do is don their boots and toques for a driving tour of the snow sculptures as residents of Points West Living Prince Albert did in February.
Prince Albert couple 'up the ante' for charity again this year
PWL Prince Albert residents Mo and Flo Armstrong worked together all weekend taking in donations for this year’s TeleMiracle 47 and raised $1755, beating their previous record of $1500. TeleMiracle funds the work of the Kinsmen Foundation in Saskatchewan.
TeleMiracle wrapped up its 47th edition on February 26 with a total of $5,519,229 raised. With this year's generosity added, the total raised by the organization since 1977 is now over $158 million.
