Heritage House offers a variety of living spaces, including 42 suites for Designated Supportive Living residents and 18 Independent Supportive Living suites, for a total of 60 suites within our community. Whether you’re in Designated Supportive Living, require memory care, or Independent Supportive Living, our dedicated team, including, Licenced Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Health Care Aides (HCAs), ensures round-the-clock professional health care. We also offer a complete food service with a variety of cuisines, personal services and personalized cleaning schedules. We believe in creating an environment where residents are active, healthy contributors to their community.
